Work Readiness Customer Service (WRCS) is for young people ages 17-24 who are out of work and out of school. You’ll get basic training for future careers in the customer service industry and connections to potential employers. Through WRCS, you’ll get free training in basic business etiquette, computer proficiency (Word, Excel, etc.), customer service and other skills.
