Alive with awareness, I don&#8217;t let life pass me by. I am present and able to make conscious choices <img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Smile\" src=\"http:\/\/thebx.net\/info\/images\/smilies\/icon_smile.gif\" alt=\":)\" \/><\/p>\n<p>If I find myself waiting in line or stalled in traffic, I do not indulge in frustration. Instead, I bring a sense of joy and aliveness into the moment. I pause and give thanks. I am mindful, aware and appreciative of how Spirit breathes in and through me. I center myself in gratitude and acceptance.<\/p>\n<p>Being mindful, I am clearheaded and aware of inner guidance. I don&#8217;t hold on to doubt, worry or frustration.
