In this video a muslim calls ‪@GodLogicApologetics‬ to try to answer the question “what is the injeel” once he learns its the same bible we have today he switches to the quran being a supreme authority over previous scriptures but gets quickly refuted.

GodLogic points out that if they’re honest, the reasons why Muslims reject the Gospel, are the same reasons why they should reject the Quran and the Injeel that Quran mentions (though it’s not true for the Gospel). This includes: anonymous authors, were written by men that did not have the authority or direct approval from Jesus, wrote it with their own hands. All of which applies to the Quran (but not to the Bible).

The Bible have the names of the writers of the Gospel: Matthew (tax collector, lived in Jerusalem), Mark (full name John Mark, companion of Peter & Paul), Luke (physician, also a companion of Peter), John (son of Zebedee, brother of James, direct disciple and apostle of Jesus), Peter (full name Simon Peter, a fisherman, direct disciple and apostle of Jesus, and became the leader of the Apostles). All had a direct relationship with YAHWEH when they were filled with the Holy Spirit.

The Quran does not mention, and no Muslim can say who wrote the “Injeel”. In fact, no Muslim ever read the “Injeel”.

In addition, the Quran does not say that the Quran is an authority over the Bible (5:48)… Though the Christians do not believe this!
