I am alive and awake in the present moment.
When I am mindful, I am fully conscious of the present moment My thoughts are not fixed on the past or projected into the future. Alive with awareness, I don’t let life pass me by. I am present and able to make conscious choices
If I find myself waiting in line or stalled in traffic, I do not indulge in frustration. Instead, I bring a sense of joy and aliveness into the moment. I pause and give thanks. I am mindful, aware and appreciative of how Spirit breathes in and through me. I center myself in gratitude and acceptance.
Being mindful, I am clearheaded and aware of inner guidance. I don’t hold on to doubt, worry or frustration. I create the life I desire one moment at a time
“The LORD hath been mindful of us: he will bless us; he will bless the house of Israel; he will bless the house of Aaron.”
-Psalm 115:12
