New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo holds his daily press conference on the Covid-19 outbreak, which has infected more than 371,711 people across the state, according to data compiled by Johns Hopkins University. Cuomo imposed a curfew on New York City starting Monday night and said he has the state’s National Guard on standby after a weekend of violent protests over the death of George Floyd, an unarmed black man, at the hands of police in Minneapolis.
