Each Wednesday evening (and again on Sunday mornings), a child in foster care who is waiting for a loving adoptive home is profiled during the news on WNBC 4. Meet this week’s child:
Jaylen just turned 15-years-old and is a skilled artist in the making. He enjoys drawing anime and likes to study animation. He also enjoys playing soccer and playing board games. Although Jaylen is shy when meeting new people, he opens up to humor.
Jaylen is looking forward to the new school year. He appreciates the extra help he receives from his teachers and especially enjoys social studies. His goal is to one day attend college and dreams of having a house on the beach.
Jaylen needs a very special family who can provide him with a loving home and also support him as he rises through challenges that will allow him to shine.
