Our mission is to provide client-centered, culturally & linguistically, science-based, social, educational, behavioral and healthcare services that promotes self-efficacy and improves the quality of life for individuals and families in New Jersey and New York in the 21st century.

La Villa Multi-Services Agency (La Villa Agency) emerged from a need to redefine how current non-profits organizations are providing social services throughout the state of New Jersey, New York and the country. Grass-roots social workers and educators from across various disciplines, envisioned an organization that addresses social justice issues, public policies IN education, behavioral and health care, civic responsibilities, and implements data-driven and innovative programs. With over thirty years of combined-professional experience in non-profit management, clinical supervision, fiscal accountability and as direct service providers, La Villa's staff has created a ground-breaking method of providing social services, through the establishment of a "model of mobile-services", taking services where they are needed the most. La Villa is committed to providing the highest quality social, educational, behavioral and healthcare services, in an ethical and lawful manner. This fundamental commitment finds expression in our core principles of Values, Integrity, Liberty, Loyalty and Advocacy (V.I.L.L.A).

La Villa Agency, Inc. offers a wide range of program services, including sub-contracts solutions/professional trainings services to non-traditional community based organizations, charter schools and others in New York, New Jersey and on a global basis. Direct Services

Our focus in Newark, NJ is gear towards individuals and communities who are indigent and/or are released from the state and county prisons without the appropriate services or aftercare services in place.

Our Focus in the Bronx, NY is gear towards individuals and families leaving the NYC shelter systems and returning to their own homes.

The Bridge/El Puente - Provides HIV/AIDS medical case management, mental health & substance abuse services with an emphasis on Latina women preparing to re-enter their communities from local, state or federal prisons.

The New Beginnings Project - Provides aftercare planning to homeless families/individuals returning to their own home/apartment after leaving the shelter system. Services include, home visits, re-certification, referrals for various community base services, supportive housing counseling, mental health, and related services. (Offered currently in the Bronx Satellite).

* Mental Health - Provides mental health assessment, ongoing individual, family & group work (specializing in family violence and substance abuse)

* Batterers Support Groups (Spanish/English)

* Intoxicated Drivers Support (Spanish/English)

Services are available in a culturally competent manner and sensitive to individual's cultural & financial need Probation/Parole, Court Mandated & DYFS/ACS referrals for family strengthening services, individual, family & group work.

Self-pays are welcome (sliding scale available).

La Villa Multi-Services Agency, Inc., [La Villa] established in 2006 by grassroots social workers and educators concerned with the pressing need to promulgate a progressive social welfare agenda and education reform within the community's living environment. Our focus in Newark is gear towards individuals and communities who are indigent and/or are released from the state and county prisons without the appropriate services or aftercare services in place.

La Villa is a not-for-profit, multi-program, family-oriented health and human service agency that provide culturally sensitive services to children, youth, adults and families. The agency's core methods of services include counseling, case management, and community education. La Villa's mission is to provide consumer-centered, culturally & linguistically, science-based, social, educational, behavioral and healthcare services that promotes self-efficacy and improves the quality of life for individuals and families in New Jersey and New York in the 21st century.
